This home is located in the Tuscana section of Tartan West adjacent to the Corizon Event Center and Spa. It is a free standing upscale one and one half story Tuscan style home suitable for families or empty nesters. The room will feature a decorative trim band around the entire perimeter separating the lower windows from the upper 2'x 2' windows.
All windows in the home will be finished on three sides with rounded bullnose drywall trim to enhance the Tuscan theme. The interior of the windows and the window sills will be stained to match the color of the stained cabinets and the wood beams. The custom hood, the over fireplace trim, the perimeter band and the base molding will be painted a crème color to contrast the stain and match the painted cabinets in the island.
All windows in the house will follow the same theme as the Grand Hall windows. All interior doors are upgraded to solid, stained two panel doors to match the windows. All base molding and door casing will continue the painted theme from the Grand Hall.
